The current Runway preview does not receive live airline disruption updates and does not include in-app rebooking or 24/7 support chat.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled​

For real travel booked outside this preview:

  1. Use the airline's official app, website, airport desk, or phone support for the latest operational status.
  2. Keep the supplier confirmation and ticket number available.
  3. Follow your company's existing travel-support process.

Good to know​

  • A status in Runway reflects the saved request workflow, not a live airline operation feed.
  • A Runway internal reference is not an airline ticket number.
  • Disruption support should not be advertised as live until the service and contact channel are connected.
