Set up your traveler profile

Open your initials menu and select My traveler profile. These preferences apply as defaults where the current booking flow supports them.

Flight preferences​

  • Home airport and optional alternative airport
  • Preferred cabin: Economy, Premium Economy, Business Class, or First Class
  • Seat: window or aisle
  • Meal: vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, or gluten-free

Home airport and cabin can pre-fill flight searches. Seat and meal preferences are intended for ticketing and do not guarantee a supplier selection in the current preview.

Hotel preferences​

Enter preferred hotel brands as a comma-separated list.

Loyalty programs​

Select Add loyalty program, then enter the airline or hotel program and membership number. Runway will attach memberships to eligible bookings when supported, but the supplier determines points, status benefits, and recognition.

Select Save traveler profile when finished.

Verify that a loyalty number appears on the final supplier confirmation once ticketing and reservation integrations are live. Saving it in Runway is not a guarantee that the supplier received it.
